At Rock & Roll Denim, we want you to feel as bold as you look; if your purchase isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Choose your return reason and select whether you would like an exchange or a refund to generate your prepaid shipping label and packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your return within 7-10 business days.
